I am Talitha Goldmann-Kefalas. As “International Leadership Trainer” and Organizational Development Coach, I support leaders in discovering their full potential, finding solutions and breaking new ground. I also work with organizations, on their way to realizing meaningful changes in their processes, structures and team dynamics.

An aligned value compass, a deeper understanding of systemic change,  and sustainable personal development are core elements of my work. I’ve experience in leading diverse change initiatives, be it on an individual, team, or organizational level. Coaching Journey for impactful leadership

With my “Coaching Journeys” I start exactly where you find yourself, according to my motto: “Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.”
We begin with an Intake Session to explore your individual goal alignment, before heading into your actual Coaching Journey. The travel metaphor stands for the process in which you gradually embark on your coaching path. The individual sessions symbolize rest stops on your hike. Their effects unfold along the way. Leadership Coaching

Our Intake Session is followed by a three-month journey: We explore new territory of possibilities for your personal development and experiment with solution pathways. Whether it’s a future-proof understanding of leadership, applied transformation skills or practical crisis navigation – through the “Character Driven Leadership” approach we uncover your growth potential.

Systemic OD-Coaching

After our Intake Session, the three-month journey begins: Together, we tackle your challenges in Organizational Development (OD). Through a combination of thematic input and coaching sessions for reflecting on your practical experience, I provide targeted support to help you delve into topics, make progress, and experiment with solution approaches.

Personal/Professional Development Coaching

Following our Intake Session, we embark on a three-month journey: We focus on your professional and personal development goals by specifically addressing the levers for effective change that are unique to you. Together, we uncover new possibilities and perspectives that bring forth your growth potential, allowing you to experiment with them directly.

Discovery Call

A first 30-minute introductory call helps you find out: Is there a good interpersonal fit? What are my expectations? What can coaching achieve – and what not? I’ll explain my approach as well as general conditions to you and I’ll take the time to answer your questions. Afterwards, you can decide whether you would like to embark on a Coaching Journey.

Intake Session

Before diving into the content of the coaching, we take the time to identify your objectives. This conscious focus serves you and me as an orientation along the Coaching Journey and is documented as a “Coaching Mandate”.

Coaching Journey

Your three-month journey begins. We meet via video call in regular sessions, every two to four weeks. This leaves you time for the most important part: the implementation of the impulses in your everyday life. At the same time, not too much time will pass and you will not lose sight of the goals you have set for yourself.

Outlook Session

After these three months, we look back and create space for an honest reflection: What has changed for you so far? Were the coaching impulses helpful for you? Are you on track with your goals, or have your objectives shifted? These and other questions contribute to a joint outlook on your next steps and your final evaluation of the coaching process.

Yes, of course. In the “Character Driven Leadership”-approach, the focus is on attitude and character development rather than position. However, let’s discuss during the introductory call whether this offering aligns with your needs and interests.

My expertise lies in the area of leadership and personnel development as well as systemic team- and organizational development. Feel free to use my contact form

With my three-month coaching offers I support you to effectively initiate your sustainable change. Therefore, I do not offer single coaching sessions. Change takes time and I invite you to engage in this process.
